Blood Red Moon

I captured this time-lapse stacked photograph on 15th June 2011 in Abu Dhabi, on the night of the longest total eclipse of the moon since July 2000. The whole event lasted approximately 6.5 hours. Totality of the eclipse reached 100 minutes and during this period, the moon turned into dusky shades of blood red.
